RETURNS & EXCHANGES
General Guidelines
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached
  • Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged
    In-Store purchases
    Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached and accompanied by original receipt for in-store credit or exchange only. We do not give refunds. All clearance items are a final sale. We reserve the right to refuse any returns after 30 days of purchase or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
    Online purchases
    Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached and packing slip within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Humanity Boutique is not responsible for returns postage fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable. . If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment.
